Game Format

The Basics

• We typically play 7v7, usually 3 games over 2 hours with short breaks in between.
• We rotate positions between games. There are no subs, everyone always plays.
• We play rain or shine. (Thunderstorms are different though, we don't mess with lightning.)

Game Day

• We start each game day with a short speech (important reason to be on time).
• At the start of each game, beginners and recently injured players raise their hand. Give them extra space, no contact.
• After teams are divided, players introduce themselves by passing in a circle and sharing their pronouns.
• After the games, everyone heads to the Adirondack. Come join us. It's half the fun.

What to bring & wear

• No cleats, no exceptions. Turf shoes or sneakers only.
• Bring a ball if you have one. We always need more.
• Shin guards are optional and not needed.
• Bring water. Games are 2 hours and we play rain or shine.
