What happens on the field, and how we play together.
Game Format
The Basics
- We typically play 7v7, usually 3 games over 2 hours with short breaks in between.
- We rotate positions between games. There are no subs, everyone always plays.
- We play rain or shine. (Thunderstorms are different though, we don't mess with lightning.)
Game Day
- We start each game day with a short speech (important reason to be on time).
- At the start of each game, beginners and recently injured players raise their hand. Give them extra space, no contact.
- After teams are divided, players introduce themselves by passing in a circle and sharing their pronouns.
- After the games, everyone heads to the Adirondack. Come join us. It's half the fun.
What to bring & wear
- No cleats, no exceptions. Turf shoes or sneakers only.
- Bring a ball if you have one. We always need more.
- Shin guards are optional and not needed.
- Bring water. Games are 2 hours and we play rain or shine.

Saturday Games
- Every Saturday (July 11 – August 29) 10am – 12pm
- RSVP opens at 9pm on the Wednesday before each game.
